Propertyvendr is a lead generation platform for property services, owned and operated by 3xrank (Pty) Ltd. This site is built so that a person using a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or a small phone screen can read every page, complete a request and reach the emergency line. Access is treated as a build requirement rather than a later fix: the checks described below run against every page each time the site is built, and a page that fails one of them is not published.
The site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA. That is the level set in the project's own build rules, and it is what every page is measured against before it goes live. Where a page cannot meet a criterion, the page is changed rather than the target lowered. This statement describes the site at www.propertyvendr.com; the client area is delivered by a separate provider under our instructions and is assessed on its own.
Pages are static HTML with one H1, headings in the order the page reads, and a named breadcrumb on every page below the home page. Form fields carry visible labels, an error is written in text beside the field it belongs to, and the whole request can be completed without leaving the keyboard. Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels and body text is at least 16 pixels on a phone.
Colour pairs are checked automatically before a page publishes: body text has to reach a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 against its background, and large text at least 3 to 1. Links inside paragraphs are underlined as well as coloured, so colour is never the only signal. Type scales with the viewport, and pages are laid out and tested at 390, 768 and 1280 pixels wide so they reflow without sideways scrolling.
Every link, button, field and menu can be reached and operated with a keyboard, in the order the page reads. The menu, the on-page section list and the request sheet open as dialogs with a name and a close control, and the section list marks the section you are in. Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers, every photograph carries alternative text, and images carry their own width and height so nothing moves under you as the page loads.
No email address is published on this site. If a page, a form or a document on it is hard to use, send a message from the Contact page: say which page you were on, what happened and, if you can, what you were using to read it. Messages are answered within one business day, by the channel you choose on that form. A barrier reported this way is treated as a build failure, not as a suggestion.
This statement is reviewed as the site changes, and the date at the top of the page changes with it. Because most pages are built from a small number of templates, a problem found on one page is then looked for on every page built from the same template and fixed there too. Nothing in this statement limits any right you have under the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy.
