Four short steps: service and city, property, details with optional photos or PDFs, and contact. Every field except uploads is required so the right crew is assigned first time. The form is the same on every page; on a service or city page the service and city are already filled in.
The request is checked against the service area and the services offered, screened for spam or misuse, and routed to the trade. Emergencies are dispatched immediately; planned work is queued for assessment.
A licensed and insured California contractor is matched to the request. You receive the license number and insurance details with the assignment, including for every crew assigned, and a confirmed time: 60 to 140 minutes for active losses by city, or an assessment window for planned work.
Planned work is scoped on site and comes back as a written line-item scope with price and start date for your approval in the client area. Emergency mitigation starts on arrival and the scope is confirmed after the site visit; where a carrier is involved it is prepared in the industry-standard estimating format.
Photos, moisture logs, manifests, permits, change orders and daily notes attach to the file as the work happens. Owners, boards or adjusters you invite see what concerns them and nothing else.
Completion photos and final readings close the file. The invoice is issued through the client area on the terms shown. The record stays with the property for reserve studies, insurance renewals, refinancing or sale, and exports when you need it.
Invoices are issued by the licensed contractor matched to your request through the client area on the terms shown on the invoice. No other crew will ask you for payment directly, and the record is in your file.
No. Requests, acknowledgements, assignment and the client area are free to use. You pay for the work you approve, at the price in the written scope, or for emergency mitigation as performed and confirmed.
Planned work can be changed or cancelled in the client area up to the approved start date without charge. Emergency mitigation already performed is billed as performed. Changes after approval are priced as written change orders you approve before they run.
A licensed and insured California contractor matched to your request, identified to you with its license number at assignment. License number and insurance details are provided with the assignment and stored in your file, including for any crew engaged under the license. The licensed contractor matched to your request holds the contract for the work and runs the file.
The client area opens with your first request. Property managers, boards and adjusters can book a call to have properties and users set up in advance so the first request is one tap.
From the client area, or through the Contact page with your reference number. Messages are answered within one business day by the channel you chose; active losses go to the emergency line.
